Registration and account access, handling driver and owner applications, transport rentals, parts orders and trip requests, and communication about them. Processing is based on your consent and the steps you request to arrange a service.
Data we store
Name, phone, email, protected password hash and roles; the information you submit, selected transport or parts, trip addresses and time, status history, processing result and consent record. These forms do not request identity documents, payment card details or biometric data.
Operations and recipients
Data is collected, stored, updated and used by responsible Mubi Go staff. An assigned driver receives only the trip and passenger contact information available to that driver. Hosting supports system operation. When address suggestions and route calculations are used, 2GIS receives the search text and route points, not your name, phone or password. When embedded maps and rating badges load, Yandex receives your IP address and technical browser data and may use cookies under its privacy rules. Application fields and account credentials are not sent to the widget. WhatsApp and external map links open when you click and are governed by those services' terms.
Duration, rights and withdrawal
Consent applies while you use the account and we process your requests, until these purposes are met or consent is withdrawn. Unless another lawful basis requires retention, unnecessary data must be deleted or blocked. You can request access, correction, deletion, cessation of processing or withdraw consent using the email below. Provide information to locate your request; staff will verify access rights. Withdrawal may prevent continued account operation or fulfilment of the request. Submission does not confirm a rental, work admission, purchase or vehicle assignment.
